ROLE: Exhibitions Sales Executive
INDUSTRY: Exhibitions
LOCATION: surrey, Croydon
BASIC: £22k to £24k
OTE: £35k Uncapped.
COMPANY TURNOVER: £6 million in 2007

ROLE:
- An outbound B2B Sales Executive is required to sell Exhibition stand space and sponsorship for major UK and In international events and exhibitions.
- Telesales to existing and potential exhibitors to meet and exceed sales revenue targets.
Sales Executive will be cold calling prospects and selling benefits of exhibiting at the event.
Sourcing and targeting relevant new business for the event.
Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with key exhibitors.
Visiting clients and potential clients when necessary/appropriate.
Floorplan management and allocation of stand space in conjunction with the Show Director and Operations Manager.
 Keeping abreast of market developments and identifying and researching new growth areas for sales.
 Handling enquiries on the telephone and by email.
 Attending competitor events and industry functions
 Resolving exhibitor issues both in the office and on site.
 Working on site during the build up, open period and breakdown of all the shows actively helping clients with their on-site requirements.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Telesales, outbound, business to business sales experience is essential.
- You must possess sales experience in any Media industry, could be advertising, exhibitions, events, conferences, online sales and more.
- Ability to be resourceful and think laterally.
Good track record of sales success.
Ability to build rapport with potential and existing clients.
The ability to work both independently and as a team player.
To work calmly under pressure.
