A well known, prestigious London venue/s is looking to recruit an experienced Hospitality Coordinator to manage events in the Central and West London Region . You will be operationally managing a diverse range of events including meetings, weddings and dinners from inception through to completion. In terms of event logistics your responsibilities include full co-ordination of the event, whether private or corporate, and will involve catering, staffing, supplier sourcing & management and working to the clients budget whilst ensuring maximum revenue for the venue. In terms of sales responsibilities you will be undertaking research and making marketing initiative suggestions to aid in the development and productivity of the venue. You will also be handling enquires, hosting show arounds and converting business. If you are a good communicator with strong organisational skills and possess strong event knowledge with an understanding of the wedding and corporate market, than this is an excellent opportunity for you.
