OPERATIONS MANAGER

MANCHESTER, £38,000 - £40,000 + Substantial Bonus + Benefits

Our client is a dynamic events agency with an exceptional reputation for delivering some of the most high quality conference and incentive travel programs in the industry.

Their creative approach and faultless delivery has driven exceptional growth in the Manchester office, and as a result they are now looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead their small but close knit team.

The client base is very wide and includes; automotive, pharma, telecoms and finance companies, meaning that you will definitely not get bored by the same kind of events!

Leading their team of Event Managers from the front it is the Operations Manager who is responsible for the overall team management, including;

- Project Allocation

- Budget responsibility across all events

- Improving client service levels

- Overseeing all event delivery

- Maintaining and improving file systems

- Team development, training and motivation

As well as the man management side of the role the Operations Director also has the opportunity to get hand on with some of the largest projects, building the client relationships, creating innovative solutions and delivering the events from start to finish.

This is an excellent opportunity for an existing Operations Manager to join one of the industries most respected agencies with an unusually broad portfolio of clients / events, or an Account Manager / Event Director with man management experience looking for the next step in their career.
