Five Star hotel in the West End. Prestigious Events department. An Assistant Operations Manager is required to work along side the Operations Manager in a busy department. The candidate will have held a similar position or have been a Banqueting Floor Manager or Headwaiter, wishing to make a step up in their career. They will be required to deputise for the Operations Manager and take charge of the service of clients on the day and their guests. Reporting to the Operations Manager, will be totally responsible for the day to day operation, booking staff and setting five star standards. This includes running service with other members of the team. Training skills are essential together with a good experience in Banqueting. A good benefits package is offered with long term development in an International Hotel Company.
