EVENT MANAGER

Our client is one of Worcestershire's premier live events agencies, established 20 years ago and located in high quality offices overlooking a protected "newt reserve". They are able to provide the full service experience ranging from product launches, large-scale conference production, worldwide incentive travel to brand marketing, multimedia and graphics. Their client list is impressive and includes Jaguar Cars, Vodaphone, BP, Honda, Hyundai, PricewaterhouseCoopers and HP.

You will be responsible for the organisation and management of a range of events from conferences to product launches all over the UK and Europe too. Working with a dedicated team of Project Executives, you will need to build great client relationships and liaise on a day-to-day basis with internal departments, whilst handling the full logistics for events from proposal preparation and pitch to on-site management.

The ideal candidate must be organised, patient, be able to deal with a million things at once, be able to handle the organisation of events and have great attention to detail. It is imperative that you have experience handling events within either an event agency or corporate environment.
