Our client is a successful AV hire company in the North West who are looking to recruit an AV Hire Coordinator to its small but rapidly growing team at their Liverpool office.

The ideal candidate will need excellent communication skills as they will be dealing directly with end clients, interpreting their AV requirements, specifying the equipment and managing the process from start to finish (booking kit, freelancers, cross hires etc).

You will also have a proactive sales focus developing your clients over time, and growing each account to its full potential. If the client needs technical support you should be the first person they call! As such this role is an excellent stepping-stone to becoming a project manager.

A full understanding of a wide range of AV hire equipment including: sound, lighting, data projection etc, is essential for this role, but additional on the job training will be given if required.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has been involved in the industry for at least two years and who is either keen to cross over into project management or is looking to change to a project focussed position within a well organised and fast expanding business.
