Job: Logistics Manager (Events), Right Connection Recruitment

Enthusiastic candidate required to join this agency to travel around the world working on logistics. You will be responsible for venue sourcing, organizing catering, managing budgets and negotiating rates whilst building strong relationships with suppliers and high profile clients. You will act as a trouble shooter, travelling ahead of the team to ensure that all arrangements are in place before the client arrives. Restaurant reservations and weekend activities may also be required as well as overseeing the production of documentation and materials. You will be meticulous with scheduling, have impeccable communication skills for clients, and will work closely with production and travel. You will also have strong logistics skills in terms of organizing travel. Must have experience of logistics in a financial roadshow environment – please do not apply if this is not present. Fluent mandarin would be an advantage. Business travel and corporate roadshow event experience is the ideal mix.
