Online Sales Executive - Media Sales - International Travel

A major Digital Information Media Client - a young, vibrant but extremely fast growing company with currently over 22 titles and 30 websites, are looking for sales and business development managers. This major Media, business information company specialises in industry webisites providing analysis, to help their clients, over 5,000 of the world's leading companies, to address complex strategic issues. Through their web sites and wealth of expertise, they provide clients with unbiased expert analysis and in-depth forecasts for ten industry sectors, providing online advertising, podcasts, webinars, sponsorship, events, advertorials, lead generation programmes.

Role: Sales Executives – Senior Sales Executives - Business Development Managers.

BASIC: £25k to £30K

LOCATION: London

OTE: £45k Uncapped

ROLE:

Due to massive company expansion this major online information and online advertising organization are looking for a number of experienced, sales executives - sales consultants or business development managers to sell their information and online marketing, advertising solutions.

The role will entail new business client development, generating sales leads and selling the clients services over the telephone, there will also be I lots of International travel to see clients face to face in meetings and face to face at trade shows and exhibitions - throughout the world.

Your role will be to sell; Online services such as: online advertising, consulting services, Investment Services, planning programmes, and total information solutions: Online emedia advertising solutions, sponsorships, white paper information services, (Webinars - Online seminars), Online presentations to clients with the aim of providing them with market analysis, up to date industry information and increased marketing and sales.

You will be selling packages ranging from £1000 to £25000 in price.

The role is a consultative sale to clients, closing the deal via the telephone, or in a face to face meeting abroad. The role also entails meeting and selling to clients at exhibitions, forums and road shows throughout the world.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Experience of B2B Sales or Business development or senior new business Sales experience is essential, in generating sales leads, selling to clients via the telephone and face to face and closing sales deals.

The B2B sales experience must be within any Media, advertising, exhibition or high level display sales industries. You must also have sold major packages from £1000 to £25000 plus to clients in the past.

Ensuring that all sales administration is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.

Keeping abreast of market developments and identifying and researching new growth areas for sales.

Visiting clients when necessary/ appropriate.

Attending industry functions when required.

Visiting relevant exhibitions in the UK and Internationally.

The ability to work both independently and as a team player.

A hunger to reach and exceed targets.

A tenacious ‘can do’ approach to.
