Project Manager - Exhibition stand Design

A Project Manager - With exhibition design and build industry experience is required for a leading modular and bespoke exhibition stand design company. From portable banners and pop-ups through to large-scale island displays, A Project Manager is required to work with the world’s leading product display innovators, to project manage deliver cutting edge, client driven designs that are a cut above the rest.

ROLE:

Events & Exhibitions Project Manager

Outline of role:

A challenging role which involves the day-to-day planning and project management of key client display and exhibition design and build projects. Working closely with the account management team, production, services and design team, you will specify, deliver and ensure that projects are completed to the client’s total satisfaction.

The role involves:

• Project managing of end to end client exhibition display projects from handover from account manager to delivery on site

• Management and procurement of third party contractors

• Ability to deliver projects on time, to budget

• Manage budgets for individual events

• Liaising with clients to ascertain requirements and work with clients to

• Preparing job briefings for on-site support staff

• Collating, managing and delegating information to ensure a flawless execution

• Attending exhibition sites from time to time as required throughout UK and Europe

Skills required:

• Excellent IT skills to include producing floor plan drawings

• Ability to multi-task and manage a heavy workload
