Due to their ongoing success they are now recruiting a Hire Desk Coordinator into their close knit team, working closely with the Account Director and playing a crucial role in the technical execution of each event. Working with high profile and demanding clients the role will involve onsite delivery as well as pre production. Based in house in their Middlesex head office, the role will be office based.
Role Includes;
Technical Specification of AV Equipment
Working closely with the client in pre production and onsite
Interpretation and quoting of client brief
Booking AV equipment either internally or externally
Managing budgets and adhering to strict deadlines
Onsite management
The ideal candidate should have experience working within a technical or AV company with the ability to work in a highly pressurised environment.
