ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER - PCO
£25K + experience dependent
Our client is a successful PCO operating in the UK and as part of a much larger international group. They provide congress, exhibition and sponsorship management to national associations, specifically medical, and corporate companies and recent growth has resulted in the need for an Associate Project Manager to join their operations team and support on the association management side.
Working beneath one of the Project Directors this wide ranging role will encompass the following areas:
*Liaising with VIPs and organising committees
*Abstract and scientific programme management
*Working to project timelines
*Updating internal databases
*Proofreading copy for event publications
*Processing new member enquiries for associations
*Helping to drive membership growth
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English both spoken and written, have excellent literacy and communication skills with immaculate attention to detail. We will consider candidates from either an association background (with a good understanding of the membership and scientific programme processes) or PCO background with a strong association understanding.
