A new unique and exciting venue experience merging a strong catering brand with an unusual venue, is looking to recruit a Head of Sales and Marketing to maximise sales opportunities, whilst developing new and existing business. You will be working on a key accounts with the aim of creating and delivering exceptional events, working as part of the senior management team to promote and grow new business throughout the company as well as managing a small team of proactive sales professionals. You will plan and develop business plan objectives, exploring new and existing market places and develop and action B2B and B2C sales and marketing plans to agreed budgets. The ideal candidate will have come from a sales development background in the venue/hospitality/restaurant industry with operational and logistics experience. You will be a truly focused individual with a creative flair and innovative ideas, who is achievement orientated with a commitment to delivery.
