With extensive support and training the Account Manager position is broad, and covers every area of recruitment, including;

*Building client relationships and identifying opportunities
*Identifying and interviewing exceptional event talent
*Taking, understanding and interpreting briefs
*Preparing a shortlist of candidates
*Taking feedback and managing offers

The ideal person should have experience working within an event agency environment, combined with excellent communication skills and the ability to build long term relationships. Equally important is attitude, if you have a can do approach, a play hard work hard ethic, drive and ambition we would love to talk.
