Our client is an established, successful and continually evolving AV company.
They are involved in all industry sectors from fixed installations, through to large scale live events for a wide range of corporate clients. In addition, they also manage the in house AV requirements within a leading chain of city centre and country retreat hotels, for which they are currently seeking to recruit an experienced AV Venue Manager.
Each venue has its own equipment geared towards business meetings and conferences, for which the Technician would be responsible for the onsite rigging, operating and de-rigging of all associated AV equipment. As part of the hotel events team you will also be involved in meeting clients to discuss their requirements organising the delivery and set up of for more complex events through the Bradford office as required.
The ideal candidate will preferably have at least two years of experience working for a large scale AV technical supplier or similar business, preferably in an in-house role. From this they should have a very good all round technical knowledge of AV equipment including; lighting, pa and projection etc., and a flexible approach to their work.
