Promoting the use of GLA locations – including City Hall and Trafalgar Square – for commercial client events, you’ll play a vital role in maximising activity and meeting annual income targets. You’ll be working with a diverse range of people – clients, production teams, contractors, the neighbours of Trafalgar and Parliament Squares, the Metropolitan Police and other statutory authorities.
And, as the first point of contact facilitating both commercial and charity events, you’ll ensure that all activities are not only well managed, but comply with regulatory and health and safety requirements.
As well as having managed events, functions or hospitality services in a customer led environment, you should also have experience of promoting high profile venues. Flexibility is important too, as some evening and weekend work will be required.
