Sales and Events Manager

Working with some of London's most prestigious and exclusive venues for (both) corporate and private clients, they now need an experienced Sales Manager to come in and lead their brilliant Sales and Events team of 6. As well, as maximising sales revenue within the department, your main focus will be to lead the sales team, making sure that everyone is working to target and individuals are mentored throughout the process, resulting in high staff retention and a happy team.

The size of the events will vary from a small exclusive event for 10 people up to larger numbers of 2000, so high levels of organisation and proactivity required.
If you have come from a venue (or catering) background with at least 3 years experience of successfully management experience, with examples of working to target and increasing sales revenue this could be a fantastic opportunity to join with a dynamic company and grow a talented team.



You will have:
- Proven results in increasing sales at a venue
- Business development experience in either venues, hotels, catering/ hospitality
- Experience in managing a sales team
- Event sales and operational experience
- Be educated to Degree level
