We are looking for an enthusiastic person to support and assist the O2 Events Team on a variety of high profile indoor & outdoor events throughout the UK from initial brief through to delivery and post event reporting, getting involved with all aspect of the event industry.
The ideal candidate will preferably have some experience of organizing and/or coordinating events as well as being able to prioritize work and have the ability to be involved in multiple aspects of several projects at any one time. The role will also require you to be flexible on working hours as you will be required to travel within the UK and work weekends and evenings as required per event. A full UK driver’s license and your own car is essential as well as excellent people skills as the role involves customer facing activity and a need to interact with many suppliers and agency staff of all levels.
