Exhibitions Director - B2B
Would you like to work for one of the leading names in the events industry? Our client is a formidable force with a global presence across every continent in the world. Their portfolio of events include market leading conferences, exhibitions, forums and summits within sectors such as IT & Telecoms, Retail, Finance, Transport and Property.
This is a brand new role, created due to the growth of a newly launched portfolio of exhibitions in Eastern Europe. You will take full ownership of the strategic direction of these events as well as business development activities for the portfolio which could include new launches, M&A and partnership agreements. Sales team management, running P&L and ensuring the events grow in line with set targets and expectations will naturally form a part of this role.
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you will be a proven Exhibitions Director with a strong sales background gained in a B2B environment. The ideal candidate will have launch experience and also be able to demonstrate how you have grown events in an international sphere. You will be skilled in P&L management and have managed sales teams, locally and remotely. An understanding of marketing techniques would be advantageous.
