Events & Visitor Services Manager

Opera Holland Park is seeking an innovative, professional and creative Events & Visitor Services Manager to take our event management and front of house experience to the next level.

The Events & Visitor Services Manager is responsible for all events run by the company including all events on-site during the season, cultivation and stewardship events for the Development team and out-of-season events for the Company. Events during the festival include sponsor events and hospitality, Opening Nights, Press Events, onsite hospitality for external clients and Gala performances.

The post holder will ensure the highest levels of Customer Service are exhibited onsite at all times and will be involved in the planning of the site, hold key relationships with our on-site suppliers and assist with the recruitment of the Front of House team. This post is also responsible for managing the Oak Room VIP hospitality facility.
