We are seeking a Business Development Manager to work to improve our market position, make sales and achieve financial growth. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities and close business deals.

Maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions, you will work to increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue. To achieve this, you will find potential new customers, present to them, convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future.

You will be expected to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling or other means in order to generate interest from potential clients. You will make persuasive approaches and pitches that convince potential clients to do business with us. You will develop rapport with new clients, and work to deliver sales targets. Working in strategic planning, with the Commercial Director, you will develop the new business pipeline coming in to the company. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, our solutions, services and competitors.
