THE ROLE

Due to on going success they are now seeking a Warehouse Manager who will be based within their custom built premises in the East Midlands. Overseeing and mentoring a small but enthusiastic team you will be responsible for ensuring that the warehouse operations run smoothly, including;

* Line management of staff
* Liaising with the Project Managers on the equipment specified
* Overseeing the check in and check out of equipment using rental software
* Managing stock control and inventory
* Prioritising workloads for upcoming events
* Overseeing the hands on preparation / testing of all AV equipment
* Overseeing maintenance of equipment including PAT testing
* Manage all storage space and areas
* Health and Safety management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, ideally gained from within the AV / events industry but candidates outside of this will also be considered. Experience of managing a team and overseeing workloads is highly advantageous. AV technicians with warehouse management experience would also be considered.
