Sales Manager

A small but successful event management agency that has been in business for the past 21 years, is now looking to recruit a Sales Manager, having successfully relied on a mixture of sales and organic growth in the past. They are now looking to accelerate the rate of growth and to build a sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working with the established lead generation company to convert leads into sales
  • Identifying alternative leads / lead generation opportunities and converting those leads into sales
  • Working with the Event Managers and Operations Manager to identify and develop new opportunities from the existing client base
  • Reporting to the MD and working to sales goals and targets
  • Being part of a small management team with input on strategy for the growth of the company




The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales and hitting targets within an agency environment. Good knowledge of up to date CRM systems and their use. This is an excellent opportunity for a consultative business developer who wants to make their mark in a company and help develop a business.
