This pivotal role within a global events agency is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Production Team!
THE COMPANY
With a pedigree in delivering a host of large scale events on a truly global scale, this is the agency to work for! Their client base covers the who's who of healthcare clients plus several non-pharma clients and they touch all areas of the events spectrum - in particular global conferences, live events and large scale production led events. Due to some exciting growth plans within the company and a swathe of new full service events being won by the agency, we are now recruiting this really interesting role.
THE ROLE
The Production Manager role is a fantastic opportunity to join the agency's growing production team delivering a diverse portfolio of live events across varied clients.
The range of duties will include:
*Leading the planning and practical delivery of the production elements of an event
*Working in a client facing capacity and developing relationships
*Understanding a client's requirements and advising on production elements
*Implementing production schedules and managing deadlines/timelines
*Preparing technical quotations and specifications
*Collaborating with internal departments
*Managing external suppliers including negotiation and briefing
*Conducting site visits
*Managing onsite delivery/installation and freelance teams
*Creating and reconciling production budgets
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this position candidates must have experience working within a Production Manager position ideally from an event or production agency however those from an AV company may also be considered. Candidates must have a technical understand and proven experience in managing all production elements of a project from conception through to completion. The ability to manage client relationships and financial elements of a project are also key for this opportunity.
