Content Manager - (medical sector learning events)

Join the Education team at this leading not-for-profit body within the medical sector, and play a key role in developing and co-ordinating theme-based educational events within the sector.

This prestigious body deliver a busy programme of educational events to the varied specialisms within the medical sector, and are looking to develop more creative and innovative learning opportunities and aligned thematic content to healthcare/medical professionals.

This is a new and exciting role, offering great potential for innovation and leadership - and will sit between the events delivery team, and the Specialist areas, with a focus on thematic development of new and innovative learning events, and the management, measurement and support of the internal event delivery service level. The role requires experience of developing event programme themes within an educational/learning environment, as well as exceptional relationship and stakeholder management, and team leadership and development. Experience of managing relationships, and learning programmes within the healthcare sector highly advantageous.

• Proven track record of programme management within educational practice
• Proven experience of working within the events sector
• Track record of successfully building strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders

• Creative and innovative, ability to respond to challenges and creative novel solutions that have value to healthcare practice
• Recent proven project and change management skills
