A well respected exhibition organiser with a focus on consumer exhibitions is seeking an experienced, results-focused Sales Manager looking for a new challenge, to work on a large scale consumer show. As the Sales Manager, you will work alongside the Event Director and Commercial Director as well as sales and marketing teams, to drive the sales campaign. You will have responsibility for development and implementation of the campaign, including planning, sales mailers (print and digital) and reporting. You will implement innovative and creative sales strategies to drive stand sales. You will be a self-starting, enthusiastic, energetic, autonomous and results-orientated manager.
This is very much a target driven role with a high emphasis on all sales activities leading to the ultimate goal of driving stand sales. The Sales Manager's role is to ensure the correct prospective exhibitor & sponsor market is reached to achieve targeted sales revenues.
To be successful in this role, you should have an understanding of and good experience in exhibition sales. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential as are excellent time and project management skills. The ideal candidate would be confident with highly developed interpersonal skills, flawless written skill
