THE ROLE



Due to their on-going success, they are now on the lookout for a Sales / Account Manager to join their committed team and help drive the business forwards. With a focus on 2 of their most iconic venues responsibilities are broad and include:



Account management and ensuring current accounts are maximised

Proactively targeting new businesses

Driving revenue forward across the venues

Identifying opportunities

Pitching for business

Working closely with internal delivery and marketing teams

Building and developing relationships

Overseeing the operational delivery of events

Ensuring you are kept up to date with industry trends

Representing the venues at industry events

Being on site when necessary



THE CANDIDATE



Candidates must come with a strong understanding of the events / entertainment venue market, ideally having worked previously within a large scale venue. In addition any exposure to the sports sector or conference / exhibition market would be an added benefit. Candidates must be client facing and have a proven background of developing relationships and accounts as well as a strong commercial focus. Experience of delivering and selling events in the live entertainment industry, and understanding the complexity which comes with such events would also be an added benefit.
