Logistics Manager

A global communications agency is looking for a Logistics Manager to work on automotive live events.  You will support the automotive logistics team on a diverse range of UK and international events.  The role will be client facing and therefore you must have excellent communication skills and ideally previous experience of working with automotive clients.  You will have worked on car launches, international drive programmes and global auto shows.

Skills  required :-

  • Preparation of event documentation including event proposals and event schedules
  • Keeping track of budgets
  • Assist on developing project proposals and interpreting client briefs
  • Negotiate with third party suppliers to obtain best rates
  • Work closely with inhouse and external design teams
  • Assisting with delegate registration teams
  • Strong admin and IT skills
