We're urgently on the lookout for an Experiential Technical Production Manager, to join a creative experiential and integrated agency in the heart of London. The role will see you working closely with internal and external stakeholders to lead the delivery process of event and experiential production. Clients sit within the sports, fashion, lifestyle, automotive, tech and FMCG sectors and projects include live experiential campaigns, festival activations and launches.

Responsible for the delivery of all events and experiential projects, acting as the lead with regards to the technical elements of installation and events production
Delivering a variety of brand experiences, pushing the boundaries with new tech innovations
You will be expected to confidently lead and influence clients on their briefs, while managing expectations, maintaining constant communication and developing excellent client relationships
Delivering on world class creative concept development
Ability to create design drawings and basic layouts
Extensive stakeholder, supplier and crew management
Developing status reports and schedules and ensuring these are adhered to and all projects are delivered on time, to budget and to spec
Oversee and manage end to end logistics through to on-site delivery
Complex budget management and reconciliation
Delivering a variety of exhibitions and experiential launches

Passion and knowledge for latest tech innovations
Knowledge of the wider industry and experiential live event market
Ability to keep track of competitors and ensure you're consistently pushing the boundaries
Keen eye for detail
Excellent organisation, communication and end to end project management skills
Knowledge and experience of software to include CAD, Photoshop and SketchUp
Proactive and driven with the ability to manage multiple large-scale projects at any one time and to deliver under pressure
Flexible approach to international travel
Passion for delivering high end, live and experiential events
Good team player, with the confidence and gravitas to work effectively with internal teams and external suppliers
Knowledge of integrated campaigns across social, shopper marketing, experiential and sponsorship is essential
