Sales Executive
A leading global exhibition organiser seeks a Delegate Sales and Development Executive to focus on bringing in delegates to attend their content led events and delivering paid delegates to the supporting conferences and seminars alongside their exhibitions. The ideal candidate must have experience in a sales role (not necessarily events) with a full understanding of the sales cycle, have strong consultative selling skills and be results driven. Due to the nature of the role, fluency in other languages would be useful, however not essential.

Specific responsibilities:
  • Sell delegate places
  • Clean database, ensuring that all information is up to date and accurate
  • Source new visitor lists
  • Call potential exhibitors
  • Develop international sponsorship
  • Maintain existing and develop new customer relationships
  • Market awareness e.g. competitive events, industry trends
  • Achieve maximum revenue against set budget
