A leading association based in central London is looking for an enthusiastic Conference Assistant to work within the busy Conference Department. You will provide administrative support to the team for the delivery of events including conference registrations, inputting delegate information, processing payments, updating websites, confirmations and invoicing.
This will require someone with excellent telephone skills and must be confident in dealing with delegates and suppliers.
You will have a proactive outlook and looking to learn new skills and be challenged.
You will attend events and be prepared to work onsite when required.
