Fantastic permanent job (in-house corporate) for a creative and highly motivated Event Coordinator with circa 3-4 years B2B events experience and strong communication and marketing skills!

COMPANY
Well known commercial property company delivering some of the UK's most exciting property projects. They have stunning central London offices with state-of-the-art event spaces that provide staff from across the organisation to host top-end client entertaining and high-level business events.

ROLE
This is a permanent position of event planning, event coordinating and event delivery that will involve handling some events in their entirety as well as supporting the Senior Event Manager on other larger-scale UK events.
Events will be breakfast seminars, business briefings, cocktail receptions, forums, workshops, dinners and client entertaining all held on site at the company's stunning central London offices.
Other responsibilities will include managing the internal comms of events, creating event mailings through Concep HTML campaigner and recording registrations, liaising with external suppliers, venues & branded goods companies, working with the PR team to maximise exposure and additional support to the team on some of the company's external events. The role will involve thinking out of the box in a creative and "bigger picture" way in terms of events ideas, event planning and coming up with effective solutions and will need someone who loves working in a fast paced and high energy "big company" environment.

YOU
You'll need to have planned and delivered a range of B2B events either working directly for a corporate company or working for an agency on events for blue chip corporate clients. You will have circa 2-4 years' full end-to-end event management experience (including event planning, logistics, delegate registration & delegate database management, budgeting, basic AV & production, H&S, venue & supplier liaison, on-site delivery and post-event evaluation) along with excellent communication skills.
You will need to be polished, well presented and articulate with a strong work ethic, a detailed and "super-organised" approach and be someone who can juggle multiple projects and work under pressure to tight time-frames. You'll also have a brilliant sense of humour and be able to balance a confident and tenacious approach with all the diplomacy, tact and charm that is needed to operate successfully within a fast paced and high energy "big company" environment!
In addition to the above you'll need to someone who is very creative and always thinking of the bigger picture.
