Ticketing & Hospitality Assistant
A global brokerage organisation is looking for a Ticketing and Hospitality Assistant to cover a maternity contract to start as soon as possible. The role will be to assist in the day to day administration associated with corporate hospitality events, sponsorship, ticketing and travel.
You will work closely with the brokers with ad hoc ticketing requirements, management of event calendars, allocation of tickets and all administration requirements. You will build strong relationships with suppliers and research new events.
Ideally you will have experience of working in corporate sector dealing with corporate hospitality ticketing requirements or corporate hospitality/ticketing agency sector.
You will have very strong administration skills including excel, IT and ideally In-design skills.
You must be very confident, self-starter, ability to multi task and comfortable in working within a busy environment with strict deadlines.
