Account Manager
An award winning global Talent & Entertainment booking agency seeks an Account Manager to join their sales team. Working out of offices in central London, the Account Managers work across a variety of enquiries for providing the best possible entertainment for events from a huge range of acts including live music performers, acrobats, comedians, magicians and a host of other talent.

We are looking for someone who can offer some experience in a similar role within entertainment or events hospitality, with the creativity to provide eye catching proposals that meet the client's brief.

Other requirements:
  • Experience in sales and/or the events industry
  • Account management or relevant experience
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Ability to work to quick deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • Be confident in managing your own workload/setting your own deadlines.
  • Develop positive relationships and handle customers' needs
  • Ability to prioritise among competing tasks


Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Respond to customers through email, phone, and meeting them face to face
  • Develop a trusted relationship with key clients
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Responsible for working with the Sales team on general admin jobs
  • Achieving sales targets
  • Building new business relationships and finding new clients
