Project/Account Director (brand employee engagement freelance)
Exciting 4-6 month freelance Project / Account Director contract (4-5 days per week out of a London based office) to deliver an employee & internal brand engagement project for a major global brand!
COMPANY & ROLE
London based events, employee engagement & internal brand engagement agency who work on international B2B projects for a range of big global brand clients are looking for a freelance Project Director (or Account Director) with extensive experience in delivering international employee engagement events & internal brand engagement roadshows.
This is a 4 to 6 month contract starting mid-February 2018 working between 4 - 5 days per week out of the agency's London based office that will also involve a fair bit of international travel as the events & roadshows roll out.
This role is to lead on a major international internal brand engagement project incorporating a series of highly involving internal employee events. The project is to identify and activate a company's brand manifesto worldwide throughout all employees via a series of international roadshows in local languages and will involve liaising on a day to day basis with the client (so client servicing & relationship management rather than strategic account management), project management of the agency's team, hosting workshops and complete delivery of the project/all roadshow events. There is a heavy focus on delivery and relationship management with senior clients within internal employee events and therefore candidates will need a very strategic and creative mind.
Project Director or Account Director with extensive experience in delivering employee engagement events & internal brand engagement roadshows internationally. A strategic as well as creative thinker who has solid operational delivery experience along with strong client relationship management & servicing and standard account management skills.
MUST have had experience of working on employee engagement events/internal brand engagement events internationally (including USA, Latam, Russia, China, India and Africa). Specific "sector" experience not needed.
Other candidate requirements and skills:
- Extensive experience in delivering employee engagement events
- Solid experience of delivering multiple internal international events/roadshows
- Excellent client management at senior level
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Can take ownership and drive a large, complex project
- Strong on strategic, creative thinking and content management
- Happy to travel internationally
- Versatile all-rounder (project management, client servicing, client relationship management, account handling, driving forward a project and operational delivery)
