The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew is world renowned as a place of tranquil beauty, picturesque gardens and historic buildings with an emphasis on science, education and conservation. Kew Enterprises Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kew Gardens whose key objective is to maximise revenue through its commercial activities.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Venue Hire Manger to join the Venue Hire team.  The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing in sales as well as running weddings, private and corporate events within the gardens including the Grade 1 listed Orangery and the newly restored Temperate House (opens May 2018).

Previous experience of an event sales and operational environment within a heritage or visitor attraction venue is essential for this role, as well as having exceptional attention to detail and great organisational skills. Excellent communication skills and customer service experience is a must.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a friendly team delivering events that are both creative and commercially successful.  The role will sit as a deputy under the Head of Venue Hire.
