The role

The Hospitality Team is responsible for developing, selling and delivering hospitality package experiences and private room hire events. The hospitality team also work with the Hall’s in-house caterer (who operate all bars, restaurants and events within the building) to ensure we are delivering the best possible experience for customers across all hospitality areas.

We are recruiting for a Hospitality Co-ordinator who will have primary responsibility for planning and operational co-ordination of hospitality packages and private room hire events. This role also works actively alongside the Hall’s caterer to ensure effective operational management and planning across all aspects of the catering business.

The person

The successful applicant should have operational experience in hospitality, the catering industry or other relevant industry experience. They should have the ability to effectively plan and manage events with a methodical and efficient approach. They should be a great communicator, have excellent attention to detail and able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
