An exciting opportunity has arisen with an event management and sports talent management company based in London seeking a motivated Business Development Manager who will develop their events and incentive business. Working as part of a small sales team and with a lead generator, you will focus on key account managing existing clients, converting all new enquiries and developing new incentive and corporate events business. This is an excellent opportunity to work with some of the world's biggest brands.

Role:

Proactively develop new accounts as well as maximizing opportunities within existing accounts.
To research and target specific market segments through sales activities to deliver revenue, whilst penetrating existing clients for new contacts, business and revenue streams.
To maintain contact with clients through face to face, telephone, written, direct mail activity and client events.
To deliver monthly revenue and activity reports as specified by the Director of Sales.

Person specification:

Ability to communicate at all levels and multi task
Creative and ideas driven
Good team member able to work on own initiative. A proactive self starter
University degree or similar qualification desirable
Experience of working within Salesforce or another CRM preferable
