THE ROLE



Due to an increase in business both from existing accounts and additional wins there is now and exciting opportunity for a Project Director to come on board and join their dedicated team.



A broad role responsibilities will include:



Managing and overseeing a team including managing resource allocation

Overseeing event delivery across the year, including leading on larger projects

Taking briefs, proposal writing and leading pitches when required

Full logistics including delegate management and travel and accommodation booking

Managing and developing relationships to identify opportunities and encourage spend across all areas of the business

Maintaining supplier relationships

Ensuring communication and efficiencies across departments

Line management and development of the team

Financial management and budget reconciliation

On-site event management



THE CANDIDATE



Candidates should ideally be from an event agency, PCO, association or conference organiser and have a proven background in delivering large scale complex conferences from end to end, including full logistics and budget management. Candidates must be familiar with managing suppliers and liaising with venues, exhibitors and speakers. Any exposure to working on large scale congresses would be an added benefit but more importantly is the drive and passion to join a high profile agency and make an impact!
