Account Manager
An event production agency offering a range of innovative and creative products and technical expertise seeks a Venue Account Manager to oversee its event production operations. The successful candidate will be tasked with the goal to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients at our venues.

You will be:
  • Operating as the main point of contact for all matters specific to their venues and developing a reputation as a trusted advisor
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Generating new venue relationships, expanding the company profile within the industry
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of their solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Identifying and growing opportunities within the territory and collaborating with sales teams to ensure growth attainment

The successful candidate will be an energetic team player with excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills. You will be required to collate costs, designs and proposal enquiries and assist with live event end to end client management. You will also have proven account management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail. A knowledge and understanding of working in bespoke venues around London is a must.
