THE ROLE



Due to an increase in business both from existing accounts and additional wins there is now and exciting opportunity for an Operations Director to come on board and join their dedicated team.



A broad role responsibilities will include:



Overseeing and managing operational delivery across the teams

Resource planning and project allocation

Ensuring SLA's, process and margins are maintained

Ensuring communication and efficiencies across departments

Daily management including resolving issues and leading internal meetings

Inputting into proposals or live projects where necessary

Stakeholder management

Line management and development of a team, including departmental heads

Financial management and budget reconciliation

On-site event management when required



THE CANDIDATE



Candidates must come from an event agency, PCO, association or conference organiser and be experienced at operating at a senior level. Candidates must be client facing and have an operational background, ideally having managed and delivered large scale events and conferences on an international scale. Candidates will also have had experience of financial planning, management and reporting coupled a proven background in managing and developing relationships! Previous experience of line management is essential for the role.
