TITLE: Corporate Events Director, Quintessentially


Leader and manager of the Corporate Events team within Quintessentially.  Responsible for a team of circa 25 in London as they plan and execute premium events to a very high standard for leading global brands.  The work is across EMEA and extremely fast paced. 

Candidate needs comprehensive production experience as well as excellent team and client management skills.


  • Client service lead for existing and prospective clients
  • Lead, support, train and mentor the team
  • Ensure exceptional ideation and delivery across all levels
  • Assess and direct team in response to complex briefs
  • Identify business growth opportunities
  • Resource and manage a busy events calendar
  • Recruit, induct and retain high performance team members
  • Track against financial targets
  • Oversight of all team budgets
  • Track and develop business and account growth
  • Maintain staff morale and company culture
  • Ensure HQ best practise is translated to International offices


  • 12+ years agency and / or client side experience
  • Delivery of exceptional events, campaigns and strategies
  • Outstanding client management
  • Experienced department head
  • Ability to shape & manage departmental budget
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Discretion and sensitivity
  • Well connected and regarded within the industry
  • Thrives from a fast paced, ever changing environment
  • Willingness to travel and work abroad
