THE ROLE

Working on a dedicated outdoor creative event, this Sales Manager will be responsible for selling predominantly sponsorship packages to a variety of businesses. There will also be a chance to sell branding and exhibition space and autonomously build a bespoke package for each client.

With an established team of 2 in place, you will also be required to coach and develop the sales team further.

An autonomous role where you will hit the ground running and be able to really put your own spin on the sales process!

Responsibilities include:

Researching, generating and nurturing leads
Attending networking events to meet with potential prospects
Inputting all sales activity on the company CRM system
Sending out bespoke proposals to clients
Securing and winning new business
Managing existing accounts
Working towards regular sales targets
Keeping up to date with industry news
Managing Sales Executives

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be a passionate sales person with a proven track record in a similar role. An interest in consumer based events, particularly in the creative sector would be a bonus!

Articulate, well presented and self motivated you must be able to work fairly autonomously to build your own sales pipeline, not be afraid to pick up the phone to senior level clients and feel comfortable securing deals. You will have a strong sales team behind you and be well supported in any new business opportunities.
