Sales Executive
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced German speaking New Business Executive to join a dynamic international B2B exhibition company, on a market leading exhibition in a fast moving industrial sector.

Main duties:
  • Generate new business contacts and revenue from new and lapsed clients
  • Reach and exceed sales and revenue targets and performance objectives
  • Effectively manage and grow new customer relationships
  • Ensure the customer experience is positive to ensure long term customer retention and rebuild relations with lapsed customers
  • Research the market, analyse trends and use that information to engage with new customers and qualify effectively
  • Make recommendations regarding Sales Plans and future new business sales strategy
  • Be a market expert and market shaper

Experience & Skills required:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience
  • Spoken and written fluency in English is a must and any other language is an advantage
  • Strategic and target driven business development experience essential
  • Experience of international new business generation
  • Digital and Sponsorship sales experience an advantage
  • Proven track record of problem solving and constructive solution selling
  • Experience presenting and influencing at a senior level
  • Must be able to work late shifts to cover the US, Canada and South American markets
  • Ability to work in a high performing, fast paced, matrix environment
  • A hunger for new revenue
  • Customer and account focused
  • Engaging and empathetic with ability to challenge at senior levels
  • Personal credibility and gravitas to command respect from the team, wider business and clients
  • Self-motivated, self-sufficient and accountable
  • Adapts well to change
  • Target driven and hungry for success
