We are currently recruiting to fill the following full-time vacancy, for a period of up to 12 months (maternity cover), in our flagship store in
New Bond Street, London
As an Event Coordinator you will confidently produce VIP customer events for the Patek Philippe London Salon and maintain VIP customer relations. You will support the Salon Director and Manager with all customer VIP arrangements, providing a professional and refined experience.
Coordinate and produce VIP events, trips and experiences
Be the point of contact for VIP customer relations; either face to face or via telephone or email
Support the Sales and ICS teams with the arrangement of gifts and flowers
Manage general department administration; generating invoices, arranging payments, controlling budgets & expenses, updating client databases
What we are looking for:
Experience in event coordination and event management
Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
An enthusiastic and positive personality
Effectively managing your time and productivity whilst at work
Work in a fast paced environment
Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure including managing multiple tasks
Immaculate personal appearance
Able to use Microsoft packages (SAP is desirable)
Recent experience in a similar Event Coordination role
Experience in the luxury goods industry is desirable
Salary: Up to £30,000 pro rata (depending on experience) + good range of company benefits
