THE COMPANY
Established over 25 years ago, this dynamic agency are specialists in the design and build of live experiential events and exhibition stands. Working both with agencies and end clients they have an impressive portfolio of clients spanning multiple sectors including media, technology, charity, FMCG and oil and gas. Offering innovative and bespoke solutions to any client brief their team of experts deliver an outstanding service across design, build and project management.

THE ROLE
As Account Manager you will act as the interface between the client and internal teams; responsible for the management of key client accounts you will be required to develop long term relationships to drive business forward and grow accounts.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Maintaining and developing existing client relationships
*Generating and winning new business alongside the sales team
*Identifying and responding to potential new business opportunities
*Unearthing opportunities to upsell and cross sell services
*Developing a strong understanding of clients' business
*Attending and leading client meetings
*Creating proposals and leading on pitches
*Working closely with internal departments to ensure successful delivery of solutions
*Reviewing contract renewal activity and negotiating client contracts
THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for candidates who have a proven background in managing relationships and developing accounts. An understanding of the exhibition / experiential design & build sector would be beneficial however other backgrounds within the events industry will be considered. More importantly however is the ability to build long lasting relationships and maximise revenue from accounts.
