RMG16177 - We are looking for a Technical Crew & Equipment Manager to join one of the leading events venues based in the West Midlands.

THE ROLE

They are now looking for a Technical Crew & Equipment Manager to join their team where you will manage, develop and lead the Technical Crew & Equipment team across two venues, ensuring departmental financial targets are achieved, whilst ensuring the business has the right mix of technical skilled crew & equipment to be able to execute all events, as well as providing outstanding levels of customer service.

Key responsibilities include;
  • Supporting the Head of Technical Production and Production Managers




  • Managing and leading a team




  • Recruiting and scheduling crew for each event




  • Mentoring and allocating resource to the Crew Coordinator




  • Ensuring that all H&S documentation is maintained




  • Adhering to policies and procedures




  • Managing all in-house kit and ensuring that it is maintained




  • Developing and managing project budgets








THE CANDIDATE



To be considered for this Technical Crew & Equipment Manager we are looking for candidates that have knowledge and experience of working within the events industry, ideally from within a technical, AV or production background. If you have venue operations experience, this would be advantageous.
