THE ROLE
Due to the continued development of the company, there is now an opportunity for an Event Coordinator to join the fun-loving team.
This role will involve working across some of their largest venue find projects and duties will include:
*Venue sourcing (throughout the UK and Overseas)
*Liaising with hotels and suppliers
*Coordinating and arranging site visits
*Attending FAM trips
*Preparing proposals - giving multiple venue options to the client
*Negotiating rates with venues
*Keeping updated on venue and industry trends
*Administration support
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this Event Coordinator role we are looking for candidates who have a strong passion for the events industry and the eagerness to build their career within an events agency. We will consider events graduates and/or candidates with a little experience working within the events industry. Most importantly, it is crucial that you have the drive and motivation to work within a first class events agency who can give you the opportunity to grow and develop within your events career!
