This is an exciting Executive Producer role within a growing, award-winning agency that produces a broad range of corporate and live events for big brand names!

THE COMPANY



Our client is a well established, award-winning global brand experience agency.



With dedicated creative, design, event logistics, technical and production teams they deliver conferences, product launches and experiential projects worldwide.



Working closely with each client they first develop a killer creative idea and develop it into an exciting, engaging and cutting edge event!



THE ROLE



As Senior Event Producer you will work closely across multiple accounts, liaising with in-house teams and overseeing the production of live events from the initial brief through to on-site delivery, including:



Taking, challenging and deeply understanding the client's brief and business

Driving the overall agency creative response

Leading the internal design, digital, creative and production teams

Leading the client pitch

Overseeing all areas of delivery - ensuring it always meets the brief

Preparation of production schedule and critical paths

Central point of client contact

Budget management

Speaker coaching

On site management



THE CANDIDATE



The ideal candidate should have experience as a Producer / Senior Producer within a creative production agency, combined with excellent client skills and a creative flair.
