Offering a full list of in-house services, the dedicated teams work hard to ensure their events are as unique as the last. Due to their commitment, they have established a fantastic client base, working predominately within the IT sector. Their events can vary from conferences, exhibitions, product launches and employee engagement throughout the globe.



Due to on-going success, they are seeking an Executive Producer to come on board. Within this role, you must be confident client facing with the ability to design and deliver across larger complex events.





THE ROLE



As Executive Producer you will be heavily involved in interpreting initial client briefs through to leading on pitches, developing unique experiences for the both the client and attending delegates.



Your responsibilities will include:



Client liaison

Interpreting client briefs and driving agency response

Developing proposals and event visuals

Content creation

Leading on pitches

Working with internal teams

Supplier liaison

Developing event schedules

On-site management

Budget management





THE CANDIDATE



Candidates must have experience as a senior level Producer within an agency environment. Candidates must be confident client facing and have proven background of leading agency responses on briefs and pitching. A key requirement is the ability to ensure the effective delivery of the client's message, working closely and engaging with internal teams to develop creative solutions.
