A leading event agency based in West London is looking for a Event Project Accountant to be the primary contact for all event projects related to financial planning. This will include maintaining project files, cost tracking, invoice preparation and reconciliation of events. You will be working closely with event project managers to monitor the financial requirements for each event project.

You will monitor supplier and client contracts and payment schedules including hotels, travel logistics etc.

You will have a minimum of 3 years within a similar position

Experience of Cvent/Starcite or Etouches

Previous experience of working within an agency background would be preferable

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Knowledge of Oracle, SAP or similar
